Halotherapy is 100% natural and drug-free. It is safe for adults, children (from 6 months old), and the elderly. There are no known side effects.

What is the difference between hypertonic saline nebulisation and the salt room?

Hypertonic saline is a concentrated salt solution (3–7%) inhaled as a wet mist with a nebuliser. We hear from many visitors that it triggers exacerbations — heavy coughing, shortness of breath and irritation — especially in people with more severe lung conditions. A home nebuliser is also hard to keep hygienic. Halotherapy in our salt room works differently: dry, micro-fine salt in low, constant concentration, inhaled naturally. Milder, safer and broader in effect.
